Born in China, Rongmei worked in her own country initially as a hotel doctor after completing her medical studies. During this period, she realised that she was more interested in business management, and subsequently changed to hotel management as a Senior Sales Manager.
She emigrated to Germany for personal reasons in 2000.
Here, she gained experience with import and export in German enterprises after graduating in business administration in Germany.
In 2009, she started working for LOGOCOS Naturkosmetik AG as a key account manager where she was responsible for the Asian and Pacific market. She got to know the Asian markets well, especially in China, Hongkong, Taiwan, Korea and Malaysia through the long-term cooperation with the local distributors.
Between 2014 and 2017, Rongmei was the CEO of aquabio Natural Cosmetics GmbH. She set up her own company DeHui GmbH with her husband in 2017.
Since 2018 she has become certified cosmetician.
